Det ble i dag, mandag 23. oktober 2023, avholdt ekstraordinær generalforsamling i SalMar ASA («SalMar»).

Samtlige beslutninger ble vedtatt i samsvar med styrets forslag, inkludert å redusere aksjekapitalen i SalMar med NOK 3 275 000 fra NOK 36 284 730 til NOK 33 009 730 gjennom sletting av 13 100 000 egne aksjer, betinget av at den konserninterne fusjonen med NTS AS har blitt gjennomført.

Gjennomføring av kapitalnedsettelsen vil annonseres i børsmelding når vilkårene for gjennomføring er oppfylt, herunder utløp av kreditorperioden på 6 uker.
