Forløb af ordinær generalforsamling i Investeringsforeningen Nordea Invest
Investeringsforeningen Nordea Invest har i dag afholdt ordinær generalforsamling i henhold til tidligere offentliggjort dagsorden.
Bestyrelsens beretning for det forløbne år blev taget til efterretning og årsrapporten for 2022, herunder udbytter, godkendt.
Bestyrelsesmedlemmernes honorar for 2023 blev godkendt.
På generalforsamlingen blev der fremsat følgende forslag til vedtægtsændringer:

- Afdelingerne Globale obligationer KL, HøjrenteLande KL, Virksomhedsobligationer Højrente KL, Bæredygtige Obligationer KL og dertilhørende andelsklasser – Fjernelse af muligheden for at udbetale en del af formuen som udbytte.
- Bemyndigelse til bestyrelsen til at anmelde det vedtagne til Finanstilsynet og Erhvervsstyrelsen og til at foretage sådanne ændringer, som Finanstilsynet og Erhvervsstyrelsen måtte kræve til godkendelse og registrering af vedtagne forslag.
Begge forslag blev vedtaget.

På generalforsamlingen blev professionelt bestyrelsesmedlem Per Skovsted, økonomidirektør Kim Balle og direktør Astrid Simonsen Joos genvalgt til bestyrelsen.
Bestyrelsen konstituerede sig efterfølgende med advokat Marianne Philip som formand og med professionelt bestyrelsesmedlem Per Skovsted som næstformand.
På generalforsamlingen blev PricewaterhouseCoopers Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab genvalgt som foreningens revisionsselskab.
