SFL - Fixed Income Investor Meetings
SFL Corporation Ltd. (NYSE: SFL) (“SFL” or the “Company”) announced today that it has engaged Arctic Securities and DNB Markets to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing Friday, January 13. A USD denominated 4-year senior unsecured sustainability-linked bond issue may follow, subject to, inter alia, market conditions. Net proceeds from a bond issue will be used to refinance existing bonds and for general corporate purposes.

(Oslo, 6 December 2023) Today, Statkraft has issued a dual-tranche EUR 1 billion senior unsecured bond offering under its EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) programme. The bonds mature in December 2026 and 2031 and pay a fixed coupon of 3.125% and 3.125% respectively. Both tranches were substantially oversubscribed.
