Offentliggørelse af ajourført prospekt for Investeringsforeningen Multi Manager Invest
Foreningens prospekt er opdateret som følge af nye krav til offentliggørelse af bæredygtighedsrelaterede oplysninger for finansielle produkter den 1. januar 2023.
Den primære ændring i det vedlagte prospekt er således en direkte følge af disse krav, som indebærer, at der for hver afdeling i en UCITS eller AIF, der er kategoriseret son enten en artikel 8 eller 9 afdeling efter SFDR, skal vedlægges et bilag med bæredygtighedsrelaterede oplysninger om afdelingen.
SFDR-bilaget er lavet på baggrund af skabeloner udarbejdet af EU-Kommissionen, og består af en række spørgsmål og illustrationer, der skal udfyldes og besvares for førnævnte afdelinger.
Formålet med SFDR-bilaget er at stille relevante bæredygtighedsrelaterede oplysninger om den enkelte afdeling til rådighed for investorer, herunder hvorvidt afdelingen har konkrete bæredygtighedsmålsætninger og/eller bæredygtighedskarakteristika og i så fald hvilke. Derudover indeholder skabelonen blandt andet også oplysninger om, hvordan der løbende måles på disse.
De målbare oplysninger, der bliver stillet til rådighed i SFDR-bilagene vil løbende blive monitoreret og rapporteret på i foreningens årsrapport.
Derudover er prospektet gennemgået og opdateret som en del af den årlige ajourføring, herunder med opdateringer af tal og redaktionelle ændringer.
