Extra stämma PolyPlank AB (publ)
PolyPlank AB (publ) har hållit extra stämma. Med anledning av coronapandemin genomfördes årsstämman utan fysisk närvaro av aktieägare, ombud och utomstående. Aktieägarna har fått utöva sin rösträtt vid stämman endast genom att rösta på förhand, s.k. poströstning enligt 22 § lagen (2022:121) om tillfälliga undantag för att underlätta genomförandet av bolags-och föreningsstämmor.
- Stämman beslutade att antalet ordinarie ledamöter skall vara tre och en suppleant.
- Stämman beslutade nyval av Lars Junelind till ordinarie styrelseledamot samt nyval av Jörgen Dahl till suppleant. Samtliga val gäller för tiden intill nästa årsstämma.
