Stockholm Live tar över all servering i Avicii Arena, Hovet och Annexet
Stockholm, Sept. 01, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arenaoperatören Stockholm Live tar själv över restaurang- och cateringverksamheten i arenorna Avicii Arena, Hovet och Annexet. Driften av samtlig mat- och dryckesservering i arenorna, som tidigare varit utlagd på extern part, kommer att hanteras från nytt dotterbolag; Stockholm Live Catering AB.
Genom dotterbolaget Stockholm Live Catering kommer Stockholm Live att driva all mat och dryckesserveringen i Avicii Arena, Hovet och Annexet i egen regi. Det nya bolaget kommer att ledas av Sammy Broqvist tillsammans med ett helt nytt team specialiserade på restaurangsdrift och servering i arenor. Sammy har lång erfarenhet från mat- och dryckesverksamhet inom evenemangsbranschen från både First Hotels och Modo Hockey men även som ansvarig för mat- och dryckesoperatörerna hos Stockholm Live de senaste åren.
- Det känns roligt att nu själva satsa på mat och dryck i våra arenor, ett område som kräver en hel del kreativitet då du under några få timmar av servering och försäljning per vecka och med mycket personal i enorma husen ska leverera det lilla extra varje gång.
