NGS Grouptar ytterligare steg framåt i sin tillväxtresa och startar ett nytt affärsområde inom Interim Management.Human Capital Interim Management kommer att tillhandahållainterima chefer och ledare till företag och organisationer inomsåväl privat som offentlig sektor. Åsa Bergman Målbäck tillträder som affärsområdeschef och leder satsningen.

Nu växer NGS-koncernen och ett nytt affärsområde inom Interim Management lanseras under dotterbolaget Human Capitals flagg. Interim Management blir ett naturligt komplement till koncernens verksamhet som idag sträcker sig från rekrytering, interima tjänster och assessment till executive search, med starka varumärken som bland andra Source, Qsearch och Human Capital bland dotterbolagen.

Det kan röra sig om organisationsförändringar, ett behov av specialistkunskap i en förändringsprocess eller att täcka upp innan en långsiktig rekrytering är på plats. Det finns många fördelar med att ta in en erfaren interim chef som har varit med i många olika faser i en organisations liv och som är van att kliva in och leverera konkreta och mätbara resultat, säger Åsa Bergman Målbäck.
