Green Energy Group (Seabird Exploration Plc) – Notice of extraordinary general meeting

Limassol, Cyprus - 28 September 2022 - In reference to the 31 August 2022 announcement that Green Energy Group (SeaBird Exploration Plc) (“the Company”) intends to distribute its holdings of the 55% owned subsidiary Green Minerals AS, the Company hereby call for an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) on 13 October 2022 at 11:00 (local time). The agenda will be to, inter alia, resolve upon an authorization to reduce the share premium account to enable the said distribution. Further, the Company will resolve upon a capital increase in conjunction with the Company`s subsequent offering following the successful competition of the private placement on 28 July 2022.
