New share capital registered
Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcement from Cyviz AS (the "Company" or "Cyviz", ticker CYVIZ) on 11 December 2020 regarding the successfully completed private placement and settlement-in-kind of the Company's convertible loan and bridge loan, and the exercise of all warrants attached to such loans.
As stated therein and in the information document published on 18 December 2020, the 1 million shares linked to the warrants were issued in subsequently and separately from the other share issuances pending settlement from the warrantholders and registration in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
The share capital increase pertaining to the exercise of warrants attached to the settled loans of NOK 1,100,000 divided on 1,000,000 shares has today been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw: Foretaksregisteret).
Following the share capital increase and in accordance with the information on share issuances in the information document, the new share capital in the Company is NOK 12,909,156.70 divided into 11,735,597 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.10.
The new shares will be listed and tradable on Euronext Growth Oslo from issuance in the Central Securities Depository (VPS).
