New name registered
Reference is made to the announcement on 30 March 2022 by Ice Group ASA regarding, inter alia, approval by an extraordinary general meeting in the company to change the company's name from Ice Group ASA to AINMT ASA. The new name is now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
