Ice Group ASA: Resignation of Board Member

Ice Group ASA (the "Company") announces today that Hans-Holger Albrecht has stepped down as a member of the Company's Board of Directors. Albrecht has informed the Company that his retirement is due to developments on his side demanding all his available time in the coming months.

Albrecht has been a member of the Board since August 2018. From August 2018 to May 2020 he served as Chair of Ice Group ASA's Board of directors. The Company expresses its sincere appreciation to Albrecht for his service and dedication to the Company for many years.
