Cyviz AS – Marius Skagen appointed CFO
Cyviz AS today announces the appointment of Marius Skagen as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective 1 December 2021.
“We are pleased to welcome Marius Skagen as the new Chief Financial Officer of Cyviz. He brings valuable experience from both Nordic and global business and will play an important role in the next growth phase of the company,” says Espen Gylvik, CEO of Cyviz.
Skagen joins the company from Flokk AS (a PE owned company), where he has held the position as Head of CFO Office since 2018.
Prior to Flokk, Skagen was part of the management team in EVRY Norway responsible for business development. He was also part of the team working with EVRY's initial public offering and application for listing on Oslo Stock Exchange. Previous experience includes management consulting at Bekk and investment banking at Pareto Securities.
At Flokk, Skagen has been responsible for Flokk’s exit readiness and performance management aimed at maximizing the value of the company. This includes group-wide programs and projects for cost efficiency, working capital and the roll-out and monitoring of KPIs across all global markets – all with digitalization as an important cornerstone.
Skagen holds a Master of Science degree in financial economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and LUISS Business School in Rome.
Skagen succeeds Erik Fausa Olsen, who will continue to support Cyviz until mid-December 2021.
