Ice Group ASA: Employee share ownership program

Reference is made to the announcements released 23 August 2021 and 29 September 2021 regarding the employee share ownership program in Ice Group ASA (ICEOP). Ice Group ASA has issued 122,966 new shares as a private placement in connection with ICEOP 2021. After this, the share capital of Ice Group ASA is NOK 181,815,069.60 divided into 202,016,744 shares, each with a nominal value of 0.90 NOK. The shares will be transferred to employees in Ice Group ASA in the coming days.

The share capital increase has been registered by the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret), and Ice Group's Articles of association have been revised accordingly.
