EcoOnline Holding AS: New share capital registered
17 August 2021: Oslo, Norway
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by EcoOnline Holding AS (the "Company") on 13 July 2021 where the Company informed that the board of directors pursuant to board authorisation had resolved a share capital increase of an aggregate amount of NOK 32,000 divided into 320,000 new shares in the Company directed towards new CFO, Siw Ødegaard, and the reinvesting sellers of Pilotech AS.
The mentioned share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the Company's new registered share capital is NOK 16,424,996.20 divided into 164,249,962 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
