EcoOnline Holding AS – Extraordinary General Meeting – Minutes
Please find attached the minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting of EcoOnline Holding AS (the "Company") held today, 16 July 2021.
All resolutions were approved as proposed by the Board of Directors, including inter alia the election of a new board member, Sara Arildsson. Sara Arildsson has previously been chief operational officer (COO) in iZettle and chief executive officer (CEO) in Fortnox. She also has a strong background from IBM (8 years). Arildsson has special knowledge around M&A, improvement initiatives, business integrations and change programs to build revenue, reduce costs and enhance customer service. Joakim Sundby Johansen has resigned as Board member in the Company. Joakim Sundby Johansen shall continue as observer in the Board of Directors.
