Share savings scheme for employees - Purchase of own shares and allocation to primary insiders

All employees in Entra have received an offer to purchase shares for up to NOK 150,000 at a 20 % discount in accordance with the authorization given on the general meeting on 30 April 2020. The offer price was NOK 97.60 per share and was calculated as the dividend adjusted volume weighted average share price in the period from 30 March to 29 April 2020 minus a 20 % discount. 100 employees have ordered and been allocated a total of 103,774 shares in the shares saving scheme. The lock-up period for the shares is two years.

Entra ASA will purchase shares for allocation under the share savings scheme in the market, in accordance with the authorization given on the general meeting on 30 April 2020. The share purchase will start on 25 May 2020. The number of shares acquired, and the corresponding share price will be reported in accordance with the applicable regulations.
