
EcoOnline appoints Siw Ødegaard as new CFO
Oslo, 5 May 2021 | EcoOnline Holding AS (EcoOnline) has appointed Siw Ødegaard as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and head of Investor Relations (IR) effective August 2021. She will be replacing Morten Evensen who will be assuming a new role as Finance Director and head of internal finance operations of EcoOnline from August.
This decision to strengthen the management team and the finance function is a result of the company’s growth ambitions and a corresponding need for reporting and integration of the company’s financial systems and processes. Recently listed on Euronext Growth, the company also wants to strengthen its external communication and IR function.

Siw Ødegaard brings extensive experience from other listed companies, where she has held positions within strategy, mergers and acquisition (M&A) and IR. She is now acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and CFO of the Ayfie Group, a tech company listed on Euronext Growth. She has been CFO and executive vice president for IR and M&A of Link Mobility Group on the main list of Oslo Børs, and she has served in the board and management of other companies with international operations in the tech sector.

Siw Ødegaard holds an International Baccalaureate from United World College of the Adriatic in Italy, a Bachelor of Arts from University of London, and a Master of Managements from BI Norwegian Business School.
