Ice Group ASA - Share option program extension
Ice Group ASA announces that the board of directors has extended the current share option program for former employees that expire in December 2019. The latest exercise date for the options held is extended to 31 December 2020. The extension includes a total of 1,847,000 options, each entitling the holder to the issue of one share in the company with a strike price of NOK 15.13. The total number of options that expire in December 2020 is 3.522.000.
