Canopy Holdings AS has changed name to Spotlio AS
(Oslo, 19 September 2023) Canopy Holdings AS (Canopy Holdings, Euronext Growth Oslo:CAN) refers to stock exchange release dated 14 September 2023 where the company announced that the general meeting had resolved to change the company's name from Canopy Holdings AS to Spotlio AS.
The name change has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret). The name change takes effect immediately and the ticker will at first opportunity be changed from (Euronext Growth Oslo:CAN) to (Euronext Growth Oslo:SPOT).
