Canopy Holdings AS to change name to Spotlio AS
(Oslo, 14 September 2023) Canopy Holdings AS (Canopy Holdings, Euronext Growth Oslo:CAN) today announces that the company shortly will change its name from Canopy Holdings AS to Spotlio AS.
Reference is made to the decision resolved by the Annual General Meeting today, on 14th September 2023, regarding the change of the company's name from Canopy Holdings AS to Spotlio AS. The company will, in addition, change ticker from (Euronext Growth Oslo:CAN) to (Euronext Growth Oslo:SPOT). The name change will take effect at the time of registration of the new company name in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret) and the company will make a new release at such point in time, after which Oslo Børs is expected to change to the new ticker.
