(Oslo, 30 August 2023) The Annual General Meeting in Canopy Holdings AS (the "Company") will be held on 14 September 2023, i.e. one week later than the date set out in the Company's announced Financial Calendar. The Company's Financial Calendar is amended accordingly as disclosed below.
