Settlement of the Cargotec / MacGregor arbitration

We refer to stock exchange notice 31.07.19 regarding completion of the asset sale agreement with MacGregor, a subsidiary of Cargotec Oyj. We also refer to stock exchange notice 18.11.19, where we informed that MacGregor was challenging the calculation of the purchase price and claimed a downward purchase price adjustment of approximately MNOK 240 compared to the amount presented by Nekkar at completion. The parties have now reached a global settlement, resulting in a net total payment of MNOK 94 from Nekkar to MacGregor, which comprises of payment of disputed items and previously withheld amount. The payment includes final agreement regarding calculation of the purchase price as well as full and final settlement and release from warranties and obligations under the asset sale agreement.
