Entra ASA: New lease agreement at Drammensveien 134, Skøyen, Oslo

Entra ASA has signed a new lease agreement with OPAK AS for approximately 1,600 square metres of office space at Drammensveien 134 at Skøyen in Oslo. The lease commences in the second quarter of 2027 and has a duration of eight years. The agreement was entered into in the second quarter of 2026.

Drammensveien 134 is a centrally located 21,000 square metre office property close to Skøyen train station, forming part of Entra’s Skøyen cluster in Oslo. The property is undergoing a phased refurbishment scheduled for final completion in the third quarter of 2027. Following this agreement, the property is approximately 80 per cent let.
