Share Capital Increase registered
Soiltech ASA (OSE: STECH)

With reference to the stock exchange announcement dated 13 January 2026 regarding certain key personnel in Soiltech ASA (the "Company") completing a block sale of 319,665 existing shares in the Company and the subsequent exercise of 447,440 share options entitling the holders to a corresponding number of shares in the Company (the "Option Exercise").
The share capital increase pertaining to the Option Exercise has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital following the Option Exercise is 1,134,817.71 divided into 8,729,367 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.13.
