The Annual General Meeting of Nekkar ASA (the "Company") was held today Wednesday, 28 May 2025 at 12:00 CEST at the Company's offices in Kristiansand, Norway. All items on the agenda were approved by the general meeting in accordance with the meeting notice, which was published in the stock exchange release dated 2 May 2025. The minutes of the Annual General Meeting, including attending list and voting protocol, are attached hereto and available at the Company's website with other relevant documents.
