Resolution to increase the share capital in connection with share option program

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on 2 May 2025 regarding primary insiders’ exercise of share options. Following the exercise of the share options under the Cyviz share option program 2, and to facilitate the delivery of new shares to the option holders having exercised their options, the Company's board of directors has today, 12 May 2025, resolved to issue 49,500 new shares in the Company and increase the Company's share capital by NOK 54 450. The resolution was made in accordance with the board authorization granted by the Company's annual general meeting on 16 May 2024.

Following registration of the share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the Company's new share capital will be NOK 14,311,067.10 divided by 13,010,061 shares each with a nominal value of NOK 1.10. The share capital increase will be registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises as soon as practically possible after the share contributions have been paid in full.
