Reference is made to the private placement announced by Andfjord Salmon Group AS on 26 and 27 February 2025 (the "Private Placement"). Please see the attached PDMR form related to redelivery of shares lent in connection with the Private Placement. The shares were lent in order to facilitate delivery of shares in the Private Placement.
