Nordic Unmanned ASA – Resolution to issue consideration shares as part of closing of DroneMatrix transaction

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Nordic Unmanned ASA (the "Company") on 1 July 2024 regarding acquisition of the remaining 45% of the shares in DroneMatrix. The Company's Board of Directors has today resolved to issue a total of 3,615,232 new shares in the Company as partial consideration to the seller in the transaction.

Once the share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of these shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the Company's new registered share capital will be NOK 30,911,482, divided on 123,645,928 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.25.
