Andfjord Salmon Group AS (the "Company") has been notified of a transaction by Andfjord Holding AS in relation to a cash-settled profit sharing arrangement linked to shares in the Company. Andfjord Holding AS is a company closely associated to Roy Bernt Pettersen, who is a member of the Company's board of directors.
